* Initial Life Design Foundation Questionnaire and Follow Up - Helps to design a plan of action for your life by assessing your values, goals, and aspirations. We will pinpoint your strengths, weaknesses, and blockers and then decide the best course of action.

* Weekly Scheduled Progress Report - A progress report detailing your successes, challenges, actions, and goals to be submitted and responded to on a scheduled day every week.

* One 60 Minute Coaching Phone or Skype Session per month

*Unlimited Email Exchanges - Email exchanges consist of up to 4 same topic emails on that particular exchange.
